Puri, located on the stunning coastline of Odisha, is known for its golden beaches and the revered Jagannath Temple, a major pilgrimage site for Hindus. The town is a perfect mix of spirituality and relaxation, where visitors can unwind by the sea, take part in the grand Rath Yatra festival, or explore nearby temples and markets.

Ramanuja established the Emar Mutt near the temple and Adi Shankaracharya established the Govardhan Math, which is the seat of one of the four Shankaracharyas.
